While working with Coach Emily, you will experience exceptional communication across all platforms, in-depth functional movement screening, visual aids and coaching cues to help guide you throughout each workout. Your strength program will be tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and circumstances.

Client and Coach Emily will choose how many sessions per week to help you achieve your goal(s). Additional optional cardio and strength sessions are offered as YOYO (your on your own) solo workouts with YouTube video links for each exercise and the sets/reps/weight/equipment needed.

Are you preparing for an endurance race or do you want to gain peak performance in your sport? Coach Emily will help you achieve your fitness goals through a customized coaching plan just for you. The purpose of this personalized plan is to successfully integrate your workouts into your already busy life by considering your access to equipment, geographical location and weather, time available to train per day/week, and more. All workouts will be uploaded to your TrainingPeaks account on a weekly or biweekly basis after your check-ins in order to accommodate for ever-evolving life commitments.

Run and Swim Form Analysis

Looking for ways to improve your running or swimming? Finding yourself sidelined with yet another injury? Form analysis can be a significant opportunity to take a step back and sit down with a professional to see where adjustments can be made. During this process, we will capture videos of you either running or swimming and then walk you through form and technique corrections based on a scientifically-proven approach. In addition, all of your marked videos will be saved in your OnForm App so you may refer to them any time.
