Dr. Johanna Lelke
Doctor of Chiropractic, Founder and Director
Johanna started practicing in Berkeley in 2009 with a focus on short-term care to resolve both acute and chronic injuries. Her passion lies in sports and performance, a competitive athlete herself in college track & field, then in rock climbing, triathlon, and pole vaulting. Keen understanding of human movement and biomechanics has been her strength in roles such as yoga instructor, track coach, and certainly sports chiropractor. In 2016 she set out to expand the practice and created Onsight Chiropractic with its cherry picked staff of standout chiropractors and massage therapists. A longtime partnership with PacWest Endurance has enabled them to promote health and fitness together from the same Berkeley facility for their community. In her personal life, Johanna thrives on raising her daughter, Elli, with her husband Jay. They frequent hiking trails, biking routes and beaches together; and she frequents the tennis courts with her friends to practice and compete in USTA as a tennis singles and doubles player.

Dr. Jaskiran Bath
Doctor of Chiropractic, Clinic Supervisor
Born and raised in Canada, Dr. Jas has always been drawn to healthcare service. She grew up playing competitive soccer and, after suffering a foot injury, discovered chiropractic as a way to heal and strengthen. Since then, she’s been fascinated by body movement and how that’s influenced by the mind. After completing her Bachelor’s degree at MacEwan University in Edmonton, she moved to California to attend Life Chiropractic College West here in the East Bay. Jaskiran is passionate about helping her patients reclaim their health so that they are able to continue doing what they love! Outside of treating patients, she enjoys biking, photography, hiking and has recently reclaimed a love of skiing. We’re honored to have Dr. Jas serve the Onsight community with compassion, skillful hands and lightness.

After moving to California, he followed that passion and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West, graduating with Cum Laude honors.
Dr. Wong is dedicated to helping patients move with greater comfort and confidence. His approach combines gentle chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and simple, effective exercises to support lasting improvements in mobility and well-being. Matthew Smith
Certified Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist
Matt was born and raised on the East Coast, knowing by the time he was in high school that he wanted a career dedicated to helping and being of service to others. Initially, that vision took the form of classroom teaching in Maui and then the East Bay. Transitioning away from teaching to find more work-life balance, Matt went to massage school, interned in the sports medicine department at St. Mary’s College, and completed NHI’s Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program. Now at Onsight, Matt wants to have a collaborative relationship with his clients. He’s particularly interested in knowing their history of injury and movement to aid in their postural dysfunctions, repetitive stress injuries, and decreased ranges of motion. He looks forward to being a part of your path to healing and health.

Rosy Weber
Certified Massage Therapist
Rosy grew up in Minnesota, making her way to Southern California for college. There she played ultimate frisbee, trained in somatic healing, and studied studio art. Rosy knew halfway through college that she wanted to pursue a career in massage therapy, and after finishing her degree, made her way to the Bay Area to study at San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork. There she trained in a variety of techniques, and now applies her creativity and artist’s mind to her massage therapy sessions. Rosy approaches the body with a sense of reverence, and people describe her energy as grounded, nurturing, and warm. Outside of work, you can frequently find her singing, dancing, taking a cold plunge in the bay, or curled up with a cup of tea and a book. She has an endless list of additional bodywork styles and techniques she wants to learn, and loves that massage therapy is a field that encourages life long learning. She looks forward to meeting with you, and supporting you in finding a greater sense of ease and wellbeing in your body!
